Review:

Burger and steak - Following a flyer promoting a new improved venue. We reserved a group table in advance for a special occasion. Booking went smoothly, only to be greatly disappoint on the day.

1. Understaffed, considering they had been promoting the venue to locals.

2. Queues to place order took 20 minutes, only to find 1 and only staff member taking orders.

3. Only after waiting for 20 mins did the one girl tell us the wait for food would be an hour. Why not have a staff member walk the queue to advise before you wait that long.

4. Food took 1hour and 40 mins. Was just warm and average portion.

5. Prices were restaurant prices. $20 for burger $28-$38 for steaks.

6. Bar understaffed, 10 min wait for drinks.

In summary: expensive, slow service, understaffed and average food. The venue has been renovated and looks fantastic, great kids area. Might be better on a Monday night when the of patrons to staff ratio stacks up.
